Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the Forgot Password feature on the login page rather than creating a new account. There is no maximum deposit limit set by phspins, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits are credited to your phspins account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your payment provider.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly in most cases. Bank transfers typically take 15 to 60 minutes during banking hours, though some transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate promptly.

phspins does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for InstaPay or PESONet transfers. We recommend checking with your payment provider before depositing. Any fees charged by third-party providers are outside phspins's control and are not refundable by us.

Withdrawals

To withdraw, log in to your phspins account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Your KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
